As a safety measure, our Smart Oven will shut off automatically to prevent any damage arising from overheating. Please unplug and allow the oven to cool down, plug back in, and restart with the Power Button.
Preheating is required when you are cooking from a cold start, and add 3 mins to the cooking time to compensate.
You can remove the rolling cage at any time while cooking is in progress. You can also flip the food on the mesh racks / trays if needed to ensure even and distributed cooking. Both temperature and time will resume where you left off.
Only the provided accessories are dishwasher-safe. The oven containing the heating coil and electronics should never be submerged in any liquid nor cleaned it with anything more than a hot, moist cloth or non-abrasive sponge with a small amount of mild detergent.
