If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 1 hour. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Damages and issues Please inspect your product upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We won't accept the return of goods due to the following reasons: (a) Clients claim lower prices can be found in other stores for the same product. Please note product functions and delivery time may differ (e.g., express delivery vs. standard delivery), resulting in higher prices from our store than others even though products look similar. Also, we provide quality products and test them thoroughly before shipping them to our clients.
(b) Clients place the wrong order accidentally, e.g., incorrect color. Our system will immediately generate a follow-up email asking our clients to verify the items they have purchased, including quantity, product name, variant selected, etc.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Processing of Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
