Order Cancellation

If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 1 hour. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all defective or damaged products during shipping. Just let us know, and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund if preferred. To get back the refund, clients are required to return the product to us under any circumstances, even if they claim the product is defective or damaged because, in some cases, clients don't know how to operate the product but haven't reached us by email, WhatsApp or phone for technical support and claims that the product is not working or defective or damaged. However, the product has no issues and is functioning properly after they returned it to us for checking. We will reply to clients within 24 hours and always stand ready to provide support round-the-clock for all clients worldwide.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your product upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Policy

We won't accept the return of goods due to the following reasons:
(a) Clients claim lower prices can be found in other stores for the same product. Please note product functions and delivery time may differ (e.g., express delivery vs. standard delivery), resulting in higher prices from our store than others even though products look similar. Also, we provide quality products and test them thoroughly before shipping them to our clients.

(b) Clients place the wrong order accidentally, e.g., incorrect color. Our system will immediately generate a follow-up email asking our clients to verify the items they have purchased, including quantity, product name, variant selected, etc.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Processing of Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
