You can control TV, fan, air conditioner and other Infrared (IR) enabled appliances. This remote control supports IR 38KHz frequency.
Ensure your devices and this remote control are adjacent and connected to the same network and ensure the remote control is turned on.
The remote control and devices are required to share the same WiFi network when adding remote control to the network for the first time. If devices are connected to the network successfully, you can control them through a 2G/3G/4G cellular network. At present, it does not support a 5G network.
(i) Check if the remote control is turned on.
(ii) Check if your device is connected to the 2.4GHz WiFi network.
(iii) Check if the router is working properly.
(iv) Make sure the WiFi password you enter is correct when adding a remote control.
